Leaving for Ohio Friday morning. Then to Upstate New York to my family summer home Sunday morning. And then back to Pittsburgh the following Sunday. I will be out of touch with for a week. 

I can be found(if you can find me on the river road) mediating in the woods in my tankini, spending much needed time with my mom and dad and Gigi, writing songs and singing my lungs out on the Hudson River banks(while washing my hair on chair rock) and revisiting my favorite place on this mother earth!!!!!!
